Travira Air has its own engineering corps for inhouse maintenance, composed of professionals sourced from both Indonesia and overseas. Engineers are subject to initial and recurrent type rating. Engine maintenance is outsourced to Turbomeca, Pratt & Whitney or Helicopter Support Inc. using power-by-the-hour arrangements, depending on the type of powerplant involved. Spare parts are sourced only from factory-owned vendors or from vendors which have been specifically audited and approved by Travira Air.
